  • ​​How do I rent a scooter?
    Answer:  Just call us!  We will explain the minimum length of rentals and delivery areas.  We will be glad to answer any questions you have.  Once we establish your needs, we will schedule a date and time to deliver directly to you - usually the very same day!


  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Answer:  Credit cards are the accepted form of payment. Drivers do not accept cash.

  • How do I return rental equipment, such as a scooter, when I am done?
    Answer:  Call us 3 days before your rental agreement period ends.  We will work with you to schedule a pickup date/time.  No hassle - we'll come to you!  919-241-7800

  • If I want to return my rental item sooner than my end date, can I get a refund? 
    Answer:  No, we will not refund money for returning a rental item prior to the end date in your rental agreement.  You can certainly return it sooner than the end date by calling and scheduling a pickup time, but no prorated refunds are given for early returns.      

  • What are your hours of operation?
    Answer:  Our traditional hours are Monday - Friday, 9-6.  However, don't hesitate to call us on a weekend.  We will work with you to meet your needs.  Please leave a message at 919-241-7800 if we are unavailable and we will get back to you.  

  • Will my insurance pay for my knee scooter rental?
    Answer:  Maybe!  Many insurance companies will reimburse you for your knee scooter rental. We do not bill insurance for you, but we can provide you with a Medical Necessity Form that your doctor will need to complete. Then, you can file with your insurance company.  

  • Can I buy a Knee Scooter or a Mobility Scooter from you?  
    Answer:  Absolutely!  We have the best rates around!  Call us at 919-241-7800.

  • Can Knee Scooters and Mobility Scooters fit in the trunk of my car? 
    Answer:  Yes!  Both scooters fold up for easy transportation.  The idea is for you to be on the go with ease!

  • How do I use the iWalk hands free crutch? 
    Answer:  Please view the videos on our website for the iWalk hands free crutch on assembly, fitting, and usage.  The iWalk website also has great instructional documents, diagrams, and videos for first time users.  If you know you are having surgery and would like to use the iWalk, it is a great idea to purchase this in advance and practice before your procedure!


  • Do you offer financing options?
    ​Answer: 
    ​Yes, we offer financing options through CareCredit credit card for purchase items only. This is not available on rental items. Contact us to find out more information on applying for CareCredit financing.
